Candidate should have experience of independently handling Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training & development, Wages / Salary pay roll, Exit / FULL & Final Settlement, Industrial Relations, Induction and Orientation of new employees
MBA / PG Diploma / MSW with 12 - 15 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years experience as Senior Manager / Manager HR in a plant. He should have experience in labour wages negotiation. He will be responsible for HR activities at plant level and should be a dynamic go getter with excellent interpersonal skills. He shall be responsible for all administrative work, security, canteen, statutory compliances of PF, ESI, Factories Act etc. UG: Any GraduatePG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial RelationsDoctorate:Doctorate Not Required
